Wildflower Natural Medicine accepts insurance for patients who live in Oregon. If you live outside of Oregon or do not have insurance, there is a cash discount available. This is a medical micropractice, allowing the doctors extended time for visits and minimal interruptions from focusing on your care. There is minimal staff involved in the practice, which means that our physicians are involved in the daily processes and can generally answer your questions. Therefore, they take their appointment times seriously and will do their best to answer all of your questions during your visit. No-Shows and Late Cancellations will be charged a fee, and repeat missed appointments will result in discharge from the practice. You are encouraged to reach out to your provider through the Charm Patient Portal for any concerns between your visits.
Please contact your insurance company to verify coverage for their services. Wildflower Natural Medicine is currently In Network with the following insurance companies. They will also see patients with out of network coverage, and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The Insurance Verification Form below will help you ask the right questions regarding your coverage. They are unable to bill insurance for clients who live outside of Oregon.
