Pricing and Insurance


Insurance: Wildflower Natural Medicine is terminating insurance coverage in 2024. This decision was made to continue providing diligent care that meets our Providers’ ethical and medical standards, and exceeds our patient’s expectations. Please see the insurance termination timeline below. After this timeline has passed all patients will pay the same rate, which ensures our providers are being adequately reimbursed for their time spent in the visit and afterwards. On average, for every 30 minutes with a patient our providers spend another 30-45 min outside of the visit (ordering labs and imaging, reviewing results, sending referrals, completing chart notes, sending prescriptions and recommendations, researching safety data and standards of care, etc). The conventional insurance model does not fit for this individualized care plan. After an insurance termination date, visits will be paid for on the date of service and we can provide a superbill that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. You are able to use an HSA/FSA card for payment. Labs and medications will continue to be submitted to insurance by the appropriate lab/pharmacy, respectively.

Pricing: Please see our online schedule for visit pricing. We have offered two follow up visit options, one of which is shorter and less expensive for those who have a succint medical need such as a medication refill or an acute infection. If your needs exceed this visit you will be asked to schedule another appointment. Most patients will require the longer follow up visit. There are options for in person or video appointments. For those with active insurance coverage you may disregard the pricing at this time. For potential clients outside of Oregon there is a discounted rate, as our scope is limited. Please inquire by phone.

Time Sensitive Visits: If you do not see an opening on the schedule that fits your timeline, or you have a concern that requires a visit sooner than there is an opening, please send a message to your provider or call the office and leave a message. We can almost always accommodate you in within 1-2 weeks. If you have an urgent health concern, please go to an urgent care center.
